DIGITAL ASSETS MAY LOSE SOME OR ALL OF THEIR VALUE. READ THIS PAGE BEFORE YOU STAKE, SUBSCRIBE, OR PLAY.
MARKET RISK
NET may trade at a premium or discount to the treasury backing reported as NAV. Premiums can compress. Discounts trigger the buyback bid, but execution depends on liquidity and chain conditions.
SMART CONTRACT RISK
Treasury, staking, bond, lending, and game contracts may contain bugs. Upgrades, if any, are disclosed in CHANNELS.HTM. Audits reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.
RESERVE AND LENDING RISK
USDG held in the treasury may be lent through Morpho. Borrow defaults, oracle failures, or Morpho market freezes can affect earned yield. The NAV floor of 1 USDG per NET remains a protocol constraint, not a guarantee against temporary accounting delays.
RWA SLEEVE RISK
Tokenized equities bought through Real World Bonds and the Superstore sit in the NetNet RWA Sleeve. The Sleeve is custodied by the Manager, is not part of on-chain reserves, and is not part of the backing behind NET today.
PROGRAM AND GAMBLING RISK
WinNET, COINflip, SPACEX INVADERS, Flight Simulator, TURBO BLACKJACK, CLIMB, and similar desks involve chance or leveraged exposure. House edges and fees are printed on each machine. Players must be 18 or over where required. You can lose your stake.
LEVERAGE RISK (TURBO)
TURBO cards and TURBO BLACKJACK chips are leveraged knock-out instruments. If the underlying touches the crash or financing level, card or chip value can go to zero at once.
OPERATIONAL RISK
Robinhood Chain outages, RPC failures, or wallet malware can prevent timely staking, unstaking, or claims. The shareholder hotline cannot reverse a signed transaction.
